Hiv Rash Scabs Weird Skin Rash...what Could This Possibly Be?

Weird skin rash...what could this possibly be? - hiv rash scabs

I started itching on my thighs for about a month on average over a week or two ... I went to the doctor and was told it was an allergic reaction. They put me on steroids and Benadryl. It was better for a few days, but gradually worsened. Well, exploded at random scab on my thigh, chest and abdomen. Who knows what could that be? I fear that this could be like HIV or something, but I have not researched that says nothing about the formation of scabs. If anyone can help me would be greatly appreciated.
