Age Of Empires Emulator Problems With Playing 3D Games?

Problems with playing 3D games? - age of empires emulator

I have an ATI Radeon 9200 graphics card with 128 MB in size, but (with games such as Battlefield Vietnam, only 64 MB) is required with a message that to close it. Games like Age of Empires 2 works, and sometimes the Direct3D compatible emulators does not say. What should I do?
