How do i transfer an mpeg-4 file from my desktop to my Itouch? - proshow gold itouch

I have the MPEG-4 with ProShow Gold on my desk, so that already in the format that will play the Itouch

Save the MP4 file in your folder tunes that i, can be found by clicking ... The computer system (OS (C:), user name, your name, music, melodies, then I would tell you that if you double-click the Music folder of songs, it should be, then click the Save in a file called cinema. (is - are created.)

Then open i tunes, you locate the file and drag the folder "movies" of your i pod (on I Tunes). And then when you synchronize and videos that are similar.
